Description : ডেমোঝিল সারস লম্বা কান ঝুঁটিওয়ালা পাখি।(পূর্ণ বয়স্ক পাখির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ১০০ সেমি. ওজন ২.৫ কেজি, ডানা ৫০ সেমি. পর্যন্ত হতে পারে)পাখিটি ধূসর রঙের তবে মাথা, গলা ও বুকের রঙ কালো।এরা শস্যদানা, সবজি জাতীয় খাবার খাদ্য হিসাবে খায়। প্রজনন ঋতুতে পুরুষ ও স্ত্রী পাখি মনোরম নৃত্য করে থাকে। এদের প্রজননকাল মে-জুলাই।
