Description : The Orange-breasted Green Pigeon is an olive-green pigeon (adult bird length approximately 29 cm, wing 16 cm, bill 1.2 cm, tarsus 2.4 cm, tail 10 cm). The male has a yellowish-green forehead, orange cast on the lower breast. The female looks olive above and yellowish-green below. It lacks lilac and orange on the breast. It feeds almost exclusively on fruits, especially figs, berries and drupes. It breeds in March-September.
