Description : Wings upperside dark brown with a broad white band on the forewing and a smaller spot close to the apex. Hindwing completelyl brown. Underside with a similar pattern, but have thin, transversal, diffuse white bands, as well as a series of differently sized eyespots close to the margin, up to 9 spots.
