Description : পাহাড়ি ময়না একটি মাঝারি আকারের কালো রঙের পাখি যার পাখায় সাদা পট্টি ও মাথায় চিকন হলুদ আড়াআড়ি রয়েছে।এরা লম্বায় প্রায় ২৯সেমি,ওজনে ২১০ গ্রাম,পাখায় ১৭সেমি,ঠোট ৩সেমি,টারসাস ৩.৫ সেমি ,লেজ ৮সেমি।এরা যখন গাছের ওপরিভাগে বসে থাকে সম্পূর্ণ উজ্জ্বল কালো দেখায়।এর গলায় হলুদ তালিযুক্ত এছাড়া মাথা ও গ্রীবায় চিকন আড়াআড়ি দাগযুক্ত।এর পাখায় লক্ষনীয় সাদা তালিযুক্ত যা উড্ডয়নের সময় দৃশ্যমান হয়।এর গাঢ় বাদামি চোখের পাতা ,হলুদ অগ্রভাগযুক্ত কমলা ঠোঁট ,হলুদ পা ও পায়ের পাতা রয়েছে।পুরুষ ও স্ত্রী পাখি দেখতে একইরকম।এরা ফল, আঙুর ,ফুলের রেনু, মধূ ও পোকা ইত্যাদি খেয়ে থাকে।এরা এপ্রিল-জুলাই মাসে প্রজন করে ।
