Description : এই প্রজাতির মাছের শরীর লম্বাটে ও সংকুচিত হয়।এদের বড় চোখ আর অনেকটাই খাড়া মুখ থাকে।এদের মাথা কিছুটা সমতল আর নাসারন্ধ্র আকারে ছোট হয়।এই মাছের শরীরের আঁশ বড়,পৃষ্ঠ পাখনা ছোট আর দ্বিখণ্ডিত লেজ আছে।এদের পার্শ্ব রেখা শরীরে স্পষ্ট দেখা যায়।
