Description : এক থুত্তা মাছের সরু শরীর সামান্য সংকুচিত হয় যা উভয় প্রান্তে সরু হয়ে যায়।দেহের রঙটি সরু,স্বতন্ত্র পার্শ্বযুক্ত ব্যান্ডের সাথে ফ্যাঁকাসে সবুজাভ বাদামী দেখায় এবং নিম্ন চোয়ালটি উপরের চোয়ালের চেয়ে ৩ গুণ বেশি দীর্ঘ হয়।পৃষ্ঠীয় পাখনা মলদ্বার পাখনার থেকে সামান্য পূর্ববর্তী শুরু হয় এবং পুচ্ছ পাখনা গোলাকার হয়ে থাকে।
